Canyon Guides pick up tour guests from area hotels in our custom, 10-passenger Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit vans and lead them on day trips to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. These tours occur on all-paved roads (no jeep off-roading). We provide extensive training, advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package.

This innovative vehicle offers 360-degree views from its open-air or glass-enclosed roof and sides, depending on the weather. All pavement tours; no off-roading. We provide extensive training and advancement opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor who can support the Sedona Operations Manager and General Manager in leading the daily activities of our Customer Service, Retail and Tour Guide teams to ensure quality operations, safe business practices and exceptional customer service at all levels. This role also supports the Operations Manager in maintaining positive relations with area partners, permitting agencies and local businesses. This position is a combination of management, administrative and front-line duties. It will also share Manager-on-Duty (MOD) responsibilities with other leadership as needed.
Starting salary DOE. Excellent benefits package. Full-time position, requires (5) day work week and weekends.

You will greet guests, perform safety briefings, coordinate passenger boarding, and assist guides with tour preparations and departures. Additionally, you will keep all areas of the Pink Jeep Plaza and Ramada gleaming to ensure a positive customer impression.
